I did the Nutrition Prescription No Sugar Added Course and found it to be so educational and helpful toward reaching my health goals. The Sugar Renegade course is very educational. I learned how to look for hidden sugars and how to reduce them in my everyday cooking, baking, and snacking. I received recipes and ideas that would work for me. It also encouraged me to be brave and try things I would never eat on my own.
